Terms of Service
This is an English translation of NEAR2's existing terms of service.
1. Purpose
These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of NEAR2 (the “company”) and users in connection with the services provided by the company.
2. Effect and changes
These terms take effect when published within the service or communicated by other means. The company may amend them as necessary within the limits of applicable law and will notify users through service announcements or email.
3. Use of services
Services are available to users who register through the company's prescribed process and agree to these terms. The company may process user information to the extent necessary to provide services.
4. User obligations
Users must comply with applicable laws and these terms. Users must not infringe the rights of others or engage in unlawful activity in connection with the services.
5. Service interruptions
The company may temporarily interrupt services for scheduled maintenance, system inspections, other operational needs, urgent system failures, or security issues.
6. Copyright
Copyright in service content belongs to the company or the relevant provider. Users must not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or modify content without authorization.
7. Limitation of liability
The company is not liable for losses caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or circumstances attributable to the user.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the court with authority over the location of the company's headquarters.

이용약관 (Terms of Service)
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 [NEAR2]("회사"라 합니다)이 제공하는 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
- 이 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타 방법으로 공지함으로써 효력을 발생합니다.
- 회사는 필요한 경우 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위 내에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 서비스 공지 또는 이메일 등을 통해 이용자에게 알립니다.
제3조 (서비스 이용)
- 서비스 이용은 회사가 정한 절차에 따라 회원가입을 하고 약관에 동의한 이용자에 한해 가능합니다.
- 회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 범위 내에서 이용자의 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (이용자의 의무)
- 이용자는 서비스 이용 시 관계 법령 및 본 약관을 준수해야 합니다.

- 긴급한 시스템 장애, 서비스 보안 문제 발생 시
제6조 (저작권)
서비스에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠의 저작권은 회사 또는 제공자에게 있으며, 이용자는 이를 무단으로 복제, 배포, 전송, 변경할 수 없습니다.
제7조 (면책조항)
회사는 천재지변, 불가항력적인 사유 또는 이용자의 귀책사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제8조 (준거법 및 관할)
본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 준거법으로 하며, 약관과 관련한 분쟁은 회사 본사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.
